Rianna photographed by Denise Ebanks of imageXperience for professional portfolio...On Monday, we were filmed again for a possible project. This time the focus was less on interview and more on actuality.
Part of the actuality involved a photo session with young Rianna. I had been looking forward to this, as I've been wanting to photograph Rianna for some time - just take a look at the images and you'll see why.
Borrowing some of the video equipment and making use of what little we had with us, I commenced the shoot whilst Mike headed off with the assistant to grab some lunch for us all. Anyone who knows me, knows that being in front of the camera is not something I usually do, so this was way out there for me. What surprises me is how I forgot about the video camera as soon as I started photographing. I'm not sure whether that was down to how unobtrusive our producer was with the video camera or whether I was just simply engrossed - I'd like to think it was a combination of both.
Rianna photographed on location by Denise Ebanks of imageXperienceRianna was an absolute star - a real pleasure to photograph, taking direction and being free with and aware of her movements - maybe her Stagecoach attendance has something to do with this, or it's just her natural demeanour.
When Michael returned from M&S with yummy sandwiches, we really got to work, bouncing off each other and having fun doing what we love most.
Although only young, Rianna was very professional without complaint and willing to try different looks during her session, which really does attribute to a great session and amazing images.
I'm already looking forward to our next session and capturing new images for her professional portfolio.

I know that Rianna really enjoyed spending time and working with you, she is normally quite shy in front of the camera so you certainly managed to capture her extremely well.
Thank you,
Sharon
